Steps:

Step 1

Sketch snowman body, feet, and 4 thin strips on white construction paper. Cut out.

Sketch and cut out construction paper hat, scarf, and mittens.

Add details to snowman face, hat, scarf, and mittens with markers. Add dots on thin paper strip to create buttons.

Cut cardstock sheet in half horizontally.

Glue snowman body, hat, scarf, and mittens to cardstock.

Lightly fold ends of blank paper strips. Glue to snowman belly horizontally and diagonally for 3D effect.

Lightly fold ends of paper strip with buttons. Glue to snowman belly vertically.

Step 8

Add arms and seasonal message with markers.

Paint snowflakes on cardstock. Dry 1–2 hours.
