Steps:

Step 1

Cut paper towel roll in half.

Pinch 1 end of paper towel roll together and flatten. Glue to secure.

Cover paper towel roll with paint. Dry 1–2 hours. Add second coat. Dry 1–2 hours.

Create Model Magic wheels and spoiler.

Add details to car with markers and glitter glue.
