  • Crayola Colors of the World Crayons
  • Crayola Markers
  • Crayola Construction Paper
  • Crayola Washable School Glue
  • Clothespin
  • Pencil
  • Cardstock

Steps:

Step 1

Sketch outline of pirate body on cardstock. Cut out.

Step 2

Sketch pirate clothing and accessories on construction paper. Cut out.

Step 3

Colour pirate face and body with crayons.

Step 4

Glue clothing and accessories to pirate body. Dry 1–2 hours.

Add facial features and designs with markers.

Cut pirate head horizontally near mouth.

Step 7

Glue top half of face to top half of clothespins. Glue bottom half of face and body to bottom half of clothespin. Dry 1–2 hours.

Step 8

Open and close clothespin to make your pirate talk.
