- Black Foam Core Board 5 cm x 7.6 cm (2" x 3") - 1 per student
Steps:

- Use construction paper crayons to draw a design on the black foam core board.
- Create a pattern using shapes and lines.
- Press hard with the crayons to make your colours bright and strong.

- Glue some embellishments on your brooch to emphasize parts of your design.
- Add more details with glitter glue to make your brooch extra sparkly.

- When it is dry attach a brooch pin to the back of the foam core board.

- Give your brooch to someone special.
