  • Crayola Acrylic Paint
  • Crayola Paint Brush
  • Crayola No. 2 Pencil
  • Crayola No-Run Washable School Glue
  • Crayola Watercolours
  • Crayola Colour Glue
  • Cardboard
  • Aluminum Pan
  • Salt
  • Small Bowl
  • Disposable Cup
  • Water

Steps:

Step 1

Cover piece of cardboard with white paint. Dry 1–2 hours. Add second coat. Dry 1–2 hours.

Step 2

Draw Easter egg with designs using pencil.

Step 3

Trace pencil sketch with school glue.

Step 4

While glue is wet, place cardboard in aluminum pan and sprinkle with salt.

Step 5

Lightly shake excess salt back into pan. Set aside.

Step 6

Lightly dab watercolours onto salt and glue, letting paint spread. Dry 1–2 hours.

Step 7

Repeat steps 1–6 replacing school glue with colour glue for egg-citing colour blending effects!
