Steps:

Step 1

Fold construction paper sheet in half with card opening facing left.

Step 2

Paint hand and stamp close to top of paper. Dry 1–2 hours.

Rotate paper with card opening facing right and hand-print at bottom.

Sketch and cut circle and 2 triangles for cat face and ears.

Glue face to top of hand-print. Glue ears to top of face.

Add paper moon and stars.

Glue wiggle eyes to face.

Add feline facial features and Halloween message with glitter markers.
