Forest Therapy

Join Crayola and ANFT Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Tina Frei as she shares more about the Japanese practice of Forest Therapy, and how spending time in nature affects our physical and mental health. Then immerse your senses while outdoors as Tina guides us through two art activities: Sound Maps, 🐦 and Nature Rubbings. Supplies needed: paper, crayons, coloured pencils, natural objects (leaves and flowers)
