Giant Mazes

Giant Mazes

  • 1.

With an adult, choose an outdoor paved area that is clean, safe, and free from traffic.

  • 2.

Draw pathways and dead ends with your Sidewalk Paint Sprayer. Make sure there is only one correct path through your maze from start to finish.

  • 3.

Use Sidewalk Chalk to trace your way through the maze from beginning to end.

  • Make more or less complicated mazes, depending on the ages of players.
  • Try making mazes large enough for blindfolded children to walk pathways, directed by the voices of other players.
  • Mazes can take all shapes and forms. Pick a theme such as Help the Dog Find a Bone or Put Pepperoni on the Pizza.
  • Draw the maze with a Crayola Chalk ‘n Roll. Add broad lines with the Wide Writer Chalk Tool.
