The Crayola Canada Creativity Week Classroom Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Crayola Canada, a division of William E. Coutts Company, Limited, 15 Mary St W, Lindsay, ON K9V 2N4 (“Crayola” or “Sponsor”). None of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, or its shareholders, affiliates, or subsidiaries has offered or sponsored, endorsed, administered or are associated with this Sweepstakes in any way or shall have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded.

OVERVIEW/ENTRY PERIODS: The Sweepstakes starts on October 01, 2025, at 09:00am ET, and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59pm ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be selected at the end of the Sweepstakes Period via a random drawing from among the eligible entries. The random drawing will be conducted within 5 business days of the closing of the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be notified within 24 hours after the drawing. Winners will be announced on or before January 12, 2026, at approximately 4:00pm ET.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only available to permanent, legal residents of Canada who are at least of the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Crayola, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and production agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial / territorial, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Crayola’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Crayola’s computer shall be the official Sweepstakes Period clock.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter online, visit https://www.crayola.com/learning/creativity-week (“Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants must acknowledge review of the Official Rules and register for Creativity Week (including agreeing to receive any emails and digital materials related to the Creativity Week week long event) at the time of entry. An entrant may enter once by properly completing the entry form. By properly completing the form, the entrant will receive one automatic entry into the prize drawing corresponding to the Role they selected on the Sweepstakes Entry Form (Camp or Family). Limit of one entry per person. No purchase, text message, or payment necessary to enter. Please confirm with your telecommunications provider whether fees apply to your text messages.

DRAWINGS, PRIZES, AND ODDS OF WINNING: Random drawings will be conducted for the three Grand Prizes at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. If the entrant drawn has correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question, the entrant will be notified per Section 5. If the skill-testing question has not been answered accurately, another entry will be drawn:

Crayola Classroom Prize Pack (approximate retail value: $500 CAN)

The prizes consist of only the items described here. A prize winner may not assign, sell, or otherwise transfer their prize to another person. No cash redemptions will be allowed. No prize substitutions are allowed except at the discretion of Crayola or as provided herein. Prizes may be substituted by Crayola in the event they become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Crayola. The winner(s) will be responsible for all federal, provincial or territorial, and local income taxes resulting from acceptances of their prize.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in the Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: The prize winners will be notified via email from a contact at Crayola Canada, with instructions on how to claim the prize. If a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept their prize, declines to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, or if Crayola is unable to contact a potential prize winner within two (2) business days of the date of the applicable drawing, or in the event that a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and, in Crayola’s sole discretion, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. The prize winner may be required to furnish proof of identification. Before being declared a prize winner, the potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within two (2) business days from the date of contact from Crayola or its representative, or the prize may, in Crayola’s sole discretion, be forfeited, and in Crayola’s sole discretion, awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither Crayola LLC nor Crayola is not responsible for: (i) electronic transmission or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, or not received by Crayola for any reason; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for deletion, theft, or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, or software; (iv) causes beyond Crayola’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (v) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (vi) any typographical or other error in any printing or advertising relating to the Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize winners; or (vii) cheating or fraud by any entrant. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to any printing, administrative, human, or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Crayola that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Crayola reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice. If the Sweepstakes is terminated prior to the end date of the Sweepstakes Period, the prize for the Sweepstakes Period will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received in the Sweepstakes Period prior to the date/time of termination. Thereafter, no further draw will be conducted and no further prize will be awarded. Crayola reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or who acts in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Crayola’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CRAYOLA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. CRAYOLA’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, defend, and hold harmless Crayola, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and their respective shareholders, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, and employees of each of the forgoing from and against any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, and/or use/misuse of a prize (if awarded to them). By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges that Crayola has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or any portion thereof.

DISPUTES/VENUE/GOVERNING LAW: By participating, entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claim, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration as set out in Crayola’s Terms of Use, (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to the actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees, and © to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

In the event that there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personal information collected during entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Crayola and used by Crayola, its affiliates and agents, only for the purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules, and in accordance with any opt-ins an entrant may have agreed to during the registration process. An opt-in affirmation is provided at the time of entry for all contestants. GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Crayola, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules. In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Official Rules. In the event that, due to technical, typographical, mechanical, human, or other errors, more than one (1) person is notified as a potential prize winner for the same Sweepstakes drawing, a random drawing from among all such notified entrants will be held to determine the actual prize winner. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

WINNERS: A list of prize winners will be published on Crayola Canada Education Instagram on or before January 12, 2026.

En remplissant dûment le formulaire, le participant obtiendra une inscription automatique au tirage au sort du prix correspondant au Rôle sélectionné sur le Formulaire d’inscription au Concours (Camp ou Famille). Le gagnant d’un prix peut être tenu de fournir une preuve d’identité. LIMITE DE RESPONSABILITÉ : (i) toute transmission électronique ou inscription perdue, en retard, volée, incomplète ou non reçue par Crayola pour quelque raison que ce soit; (ii) tout problème ou défaillance technique, erreur, omission, interruption, suppression, défaut, délai de fonctionnement ou de transmission, panne de communication ou erreur humaine pouvant survenir lors de la transmission, de la réception ou du traitement des inscriptions, ou de la suppression, du vol ou de la destruction, de l’accès non autorisé ou de l’altération des inscriptions; (iii) tout matériel, réseau ou logiciel défectueux ou indisponible; (iv) toute cause hors du contrôle raisonnable de Crayola et mettant en péril l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité ou le bon déroulement du Concours; (v) toute information d’inscription erronée ou inexacte, qu’elle soit causée par les participants ou par tout équipement ou programme associé ou utilisé dans le cadre du Concours; (vi) toute erreur typographique ou autre dans tout imprimé ou publicité en lien avec le Concours, dans l’administration ou l’exécution du Concours, ou dans l’annonce des gagnants; ou (vii) toute tricherie ou fraude par un participant. Toutes les inscriptions incomplètes ou non conformes seront disqualifiées.

Si, pour une quelconque raison, le Concours né peut être tenu comme prévu, notamment en raison d’une erreur d’impression, administrative, humaine ou autre, d’une défaillance de transmission, d’un virus informatique, d’un bogue, d’une falsification, d’une intervention non autorisée, d’une fraude, d’une défaillance technique ou de toute autre cause hors du contrôle de Crayola qui corrompt ou affecte la sécurité, l’administration, l’équité, l’intégrité ou le bon déroulement du Concours, ou si le Concours est compromis ou corrompu de quelque manière que ce soit, par voie électronique ou autre, Crayola se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, d’annuler, de suspendre, de modifier ou de suspendre le Concours sans préavis. Si le Concours est suspendu avant la date de fin de la Période du Concours, le prix pour la Période du Concours sera attribué par tirage au sort parmi toutes les inscriptions admissibles et non suspectes reçues au cours de la Période du Concours avant la date/l’heure de suspension. Par la suite, aucun autre tirage au sort né sera effectué et aucun autre prix né sera attribué. Crayola se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de disqualifier toute personne qui altère ou tente d’altérer le processus d’inscription ou le fonctionnement du Concours, ou qui agit en violation du présent Règlement officiel ou de manière perturbatrice. La non-application par Crayola de l’une des dispositions du présent Règlement officiel né constitue pas une renonciation à cette disposition.

ATTENTION : TOUTE TENTATIVE D’ENDOMMAGER DÉLIBÉRÉMENT UN SITE WEB OU DE COMPROMETTRE LE FONCTIONNEMENT LÉGITIME DU CONCOURS PEUT CONSTITUER UNE VIOLATION DES LOIS PÉNALES ET/OU CIVILES. SI UNE TELLE TENTATIVE EST FAITE, CRAYOLA SE RÉSERVE LE DROIT DE DISQUALIFIER TOUTE PERSONNE RESPONSABLE D’UNE TELLE TENTATIVE ET DE LUI RÉCLAMER DES DOMMAGES-INTÉRÊTS OU D’AUTRES COMPENSATIONS, DANS TOUTE LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI. En s’inscrivant, chaque participant accepte d’indemniser, de libérer, de défendre et de dégager de toute responsabilité Crayola, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, et leurs actionnaires, sociétés mères, affiliés et filiales respectifs, ainsi que les dirigeants, administrateurs et employés de chacun d’entre eux, contre toute responsabilité en cas de perte, de préjudice, de dommage, de blessure, de coût ou de dépense de quelque nature que ce soit découlant de ou en rapport avec la participation au Concours ou l’acceptation, la possession et/ou l’utilisation/la mauvaise utilisation d’un prix (s’il leur est attribué). En acceptant un prix, le gagnant reconnaît que Crayola né se sont pas portés garants et né sont pas responsables de tout cautionnement, représentation ou garantie, explicite ou implicite, en fait ou en droit, relatif au prix ou à toute partie de celui-ci.

LITIGE/LIEU/LOI APPLICABLE : En s’inscrivant, les participants acceptent que (a) tous les litiges, réclamations et causes d’action découlant de ou en relation avec ce Concours ou tout prix soient réglés individuellement, sans recours à aucune forme d’action collective, et exclusivement par arbitrage, comme indiqué dans les Conditions d’utilisation de Crayola, (b) toutes les réclamations, jugements et indemnisations soient limités aux coûts réels encourus, © dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, le participant né sera en aucun cas autorisé à obtenir une indemnisation pour, et le participant renonce par la présente à tout droit de réclamer, des dommages punitifs, accessoires et/ou consécutifs et/ou tout autre dommage, autre que les frais encourus, et tout droit de multiplier ou d’augmenter les dommages de toute autre manière. CERTAINES JURIDICTIONS N’AUTORISENT PAS LES LIMITATIONS OU LES EXCLUSIONS DE RESPONSABILITÉ POUR LES DOMMAGES ACCESSOIRES OU INDIRECTS, DE SORTE QUE CE QUI PRÉCÈDE PEUT NE PAS S’APPLIQUER À VOUS.

En cas de divergence ou d’incohérence entre les divulgations ou autres déclarations contenues dans tout matériel lié au Concours et les conditions générales du présent Règlement officiel, le présent Règlement officiel prévaut, régit et contrôle.

L’invalidité ou l’inapplicabilité de toute disposition du présent Règlement officiel n’affectera pas la validité ou l’applicabilité de toute autre disposition. Si une disposition est jugée non valide, inapplicable ou illégale, le présent Règlement officiel restera en vigueur et sera interprété conformément à ses termes, comme si la disposition non valide ou illégale né figurait pas dans le présent document.

RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS : Tous les renseignements personnels recueillis lors de la participation au Concours seront recueillis par Crayola et utilisés par Crayola, ses sociétés affiliées et ses agents, uniquement à des fins de bonne administration et d’exécution du Concours, tel que décrit dans le présent Règlement officiel, et conformément à toute option de participation qu’un participant peut avoir acceptée au cours de la procédure d’inscription. Une déclaration d’acceptation est fournie à tous les participants au moment de l’inscription. Crayola né peut utiliser les renseignements personnels obtenus des participants que conformément à sa politique de confidentialité et à ses conditions d’utilisation.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES : En participant au Concours, les participants s’engagent à respecter et à accepter le présent Règlement officiel et les décisions de Crayola, qui seront définitives et exécutoires pour tout ce qui a trait au Concours. Les participants renoncent à tout droit d’invoquer une ambiguïté dans le présent Règlement officiel. Le nombre de prix attribués né pourra en aucun cas être supérieur à celui indiqué dans le présent Règlement officiel. Si, en raison d’erreurs techniques, typographiques, mécaniques, humaines ou autres, plus d’une (1) personne reçoit une notification de gagnant potentiel pour le même tirage au sort du Concours, un tirage au sort sera effectué parmi tous les participants notifiés afin de déterminer le gagnant réel du prix. Toutes les inscriptions deviennent la propriété du Commanditaire et né seront pas renvoyées.
