South Korea is located in eastern Asia. The South Korean flag has four sets of broken and unbroken bars. The top left set, called Kun, means heaven; the bottom left set, called Yi, means fire; the bottom right set, called Kon, means earth; and the top right set, called Kam, means water. All of these elements together represent harmony and peace.
