Black cats are a hauntingly good way to decorate for Halloween. Kids jump to create this Black Cat Window Watcher with glowing green eyes.
On recycled file folders, use Crayola® Washable Markers to draw a cat's body. Draw a separate tail, head, and legs. Use a black marker to color the fur patterns. Cut out the cat parts with Crayola Scissors.
Cover a table with recycled newspaper. Use a damp Crayola Paint Brush to blend the marker colors into soft, furry areas. Dry.
Glue cat parts to the torso with Crayola School Glue. Dry. Spread out the legs so your cat will be free standing.
Use Glow-in-the-Dark Silly Putty to form eyes. If you like, press a pretend jewel into the eyes, or glue chenille stick whiskers to your cat.
